Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I can't find the California Campground Act where a lender who forecloses can close the park to members. Where can I find that so I can print it out?

Thanks!

The name you gave is not the official name of the set of laws you seem to have in mind. I think you are referring to Division 3, Part 1, Title 2.8 of the Civil Code, which is entitled "Membership Camping Contracts" and includes sections 1812.300 to 1812.316 of the Civil Code.

I think the codes can be accessed via www.leginfo.ca.gov, but there are several other sources both on line and in libraries.

I have glanced at the code sections mentioned above, and they seem to cover the issues you mention, including requiring, in some cases, a lender to give a blanket nondisturbance agreement in favor of the campsite members. I did not study it in any detail.
