Hello! I need to find out what kind of documents we need to sign with my friend, so I can inherited his property . It's in California, and all his relatives live overseas. How his marriage can interrupt this trust, living will or whatever we will sign."

If he is , in fact , married, a careful analysis will need to be made as to the impact of the marriage on his ability to transfer property outside of the marriage.
