I have never found such a website. If I need to run a search for liens on real property, I got to www.lotbook.com and I can a pretty comprehensive lien report in a nice format. It costs $125 for a lien report on residential property.

Re: where to find any leins against my property

In my experience, I've found that county Web sites vary tremendously in type and depth of information available. Some counties, Marin for example, make parcel maps available on line; others (Sonoma) don't. At the Solano county Web site, and a few others, you can view scanned images of documents filed in court. Most counties don't have this feature yet.

I would guess that most counties have basic recorded information on line, so that you could enter your parcel number (or your name) and get information about entries affecting that number or name made in the last 10-15 years. Most of the computerized indices don't go back very far, and as far as I know, none allow you to see the actual recorded document, just the index info, but this could be a start.
