1 Answer from Attorneys

You are extremely unlikely to find that. Cases for personal economic issues, such as real estate partitions, are not charitable and therefore not eligible for free legal services. Pro bono is actually shorthand for pro bono publico - for PUBLIC good. Furthermore, if you own real estate, you are presumably able to pay for your legal services. If you don't have the cash to pay, you may be able to find an attorney who will give you the services on credit, secured by the property, or if the property is sold, the attorney could be paid from those funds. So again you are disqualified from pro bono service.
