Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I'm trying to find out a slumlords insurance company because they refuse to give me the name. How do I find out who their insurance company is a a court complaint & to inform insurance company that the slumlord is also frauding them?

Just have your attorney sue the slumlord, and the insurance company lawyers will crawl out from under their rock.

If you have a pending lawsuit, there is standard form discovery that you can send to the other side that requires them to disclose insurance and policy limits. If you do not have a lawsuit pending, then they have a right to keep it secret.
