Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I finished my bankruptcy today 11-18-09, the judge lifted the stay eventhough I filed a complaint and a liest pendancy. The judge said I needed to file an injunction. How do I go about that.

Charity, thanks for your post, however, it is not clear from your post what you mean? First, what do you mean you "finished" your bankruptcy? Is it a chapter 7 and you received a discharge? Is it a chapter 13 and you made your final plan payment? What is the complaint about and why did you file a lis pendens? If you could please repost your question with more information - start with why you filed bankruptcy, why you needed the stay (obviously from your post that is an important issue for you), and what chapter of bankruptcy you filed, and what do you mean by "finished." If you can repost with much more detail, hopefully we can assist you.
