Forclosure renter
I rent a house that has be forclosed on . I wanted to know if I have any right to 1: purching the property 2: reloaction assistance and 3: any rights I might have as a renter. Thanks for any help.

as a month to month renter you only have the right to a 30 day notice when the new owner wants you to leave. You can also attend the forcloser sale and bid on the house if you want to buy it.
