Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

im renting a house were the landlord filed for bankruptsy she has a first and a second on her loan and hasent made a payment since januray.her attorney filed a motion to stay. the lenders go to court on april 16 for release of motion to stay.my question is about how long do i have to stay and by law do they have to give me a 30 day notice to get out.thank you so much for the help.
