Foreclosure

bought a house with fiancee, now we are breaking up. House payment has not been made since Aug 2008. I want to let it forclose, co-owner is trying to short sale the house so i get kicked out. Need ADVICE!!!!

What is your question?

If the lender will approve a short sale, it behooves you to sell, to salvage what is left of your credit, so long as the lender agrees not to come after you for the deficiency. If they won't agree, then a nonjudicial foreclosure would prevent to lender from getting any deficiency, although your credit will be shot.
