If I am foreclosed on, Can the lender come back and sue me for a deficiency judgement in California

It is impossible to answer that question with any accuracy given the lack of facts in your post. Review some of the posts on this site covering foreclosure and "deficiency" or "deficiencies," as there have been literally hundreds of posts covering the various permutations of anti-deficiency law. Alternatively, you can repost with information such as how many loans, were they purchase money, or refinances, were any HELOC or cash-out refinances, is the home your primary residence, is it 1 to 4 units, or more, etc... If you post more information, someone can give you a more definitive answer.
