Our home is to be sold Nov. 13th. It is forclosure. Will they evict us. Or do we have to be out by the 13th?

Re: Foreclosure Sale

After the foreclosure sale, the new owner must give the occupants/former owners a 3-day notice to quit before filing an eviction lawsuit if you do not move voluntarily. They cannot simply change the locks and force you out.

Tenants of former owners must be given a 30-day notice to quit.

Either way, having an eviction lawsuit on your background can be harmful to your credit rating and make it difficult for you to get a new place. I would move voluntarily if you can.
