The tenant is irrelevant. You will be given a 30 day notice to vacate the property, after which, an eviction lawsuit will be filed and served. Timing on the lawsuit is impossible to predict, but if you are going to have to rent, you don't want an eviction on your record. I would suggest moving as soon as possible.
