Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

This is in regards to a form by the 'Apartment Association of California for a '30-day Notice to Move Out'. For the Agent signature line, it is signed by someone who is not a licensed agent. The signature is by someone who collects the rent checks and deposits them. If it is signed by a non-licensed person, is the form legal? Thank you.

Yes, as long as it is ostensibly an agent of the landlord. The term agent in this context means someone who acts on behalf of someone else, called a principal. It does not necessarily mean the same as "licensed real estate agent."
