Your forms do not include a "view easement". How much to prepare for existing property with valued views of Mt. Shasta (ours was first house 18 years ago, house below built about 14 years ago) which are being blocked by trees from a house below with trees in line of view. Our house is for sale and several potential buyers have indidcated they need a written agreement providing for an view easement. Location: State California, Shasta County

Your local title company may be able to help you with this inexpensively. The bigger issue is whether the neighbor below will grant you a view easement. If they've agreed to it, you can probably tell buyers that it will be taken care of through escrow, and have the title company draw up the easement as part of the escrow paperwork.
