Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

So I just found out that since last october my ex girlfriend has been using my account information to pay her utility bills. Total comes out to 90.95 plus addtional overdraft fees. She obtained my account information from when i use to manage utilities bills when she was gone and didnt have access to depositing money into her account from our roomates. What are my legal options?

The most simple response is that if she did not have your permission - she committed theft. You can sue her in small claims court and/ or you can report the theft, stolen identity to the police.
