Re: fraud

If what you say is true, and there are no other important facts you didn't mention, you are a victim of fraud and you may be able to get back your property. I mean, of course, the part of the property that should be yours based on the money paid as a down-payment.

What is your mother tongue?

I have both personal and professional experience in correcting these problems. Please send me a direct e-mail with more facts, and perhaps I can help you. At least, I will give you some free advice. You can decide later if to become a client or not.

Re: fraud

Depending on the total facts, you may have a claim for fraud. Normally, in California, the failure to read or understand a document before signing it is not a very good basis for fraud, but the other facts, may help to support your claim. If you are in the area, and wish further consultation, please call our office.

Re: fraud

this may or not be fraud based on your facts given so far. it sounds like she clearly took advantage of your lack of english language skills in reading what you were signing. but you may also be charged with having the opportunity as an adult to seek legal advice on what you were signing prior to signing the agreement.

at any rate, email me back with more details and i may be able to further assist you.
