Fraudulent Transfer Abstract Judgement filed
My ex created a trust to avoid paying child support arrears and transferred his property to the trust. I recorded an Abstract of Support Judgement BEFORE his trust was created. He's since sold not one, but two properties with the recorded Abstract in place. How was he able to do that? I just discovered the transaction last year as his new house is in the same area as the old (bought in the name of the trust) Who is responsible for allowing that to happen and, what can I do to fix

Re: Fraudulent Transfer Abstract Judgement filed
You can obtain a court order to attach the trust property. If the child support judgment was properly recorded with the county recorder you can file an osc to foreclose on the property he sold. The title company should pay the judgment. Retaining counsel to assist in this matter would be advisable.
