a friend of mine went to jail the aptment he stays in he is the only one on the lease his fience and her 2 kids are their now too watch over his things and him he was on program called vase they pay a portion of the rent can they have the sherrifs throw the children and her in the street when the renter knows their whats is the childrens and the finance option or should i say rights please help thir comeing back at 3pm today and want too speak too barry or esle they said she treaspassing

I assume that this is being posted after the fact [you say the landlord is coming today but it takes a couple of days for a question to be posted], so it is necessary to have her, not you as you do not know all the facts nor what she wants, submit her questions, as the situation may have changed and any answers we post will be academic.
