Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

How To Go About Garnishing Wages To Pay Back Unpaid Rent

First of all a judgement has already been decided in a Superior Court of an eviction due to non payment of rent. After having information on the wherabouts of the person and knowing that person is reemployed my question is how does one now go about garnishing that persons wages to pay back the judgement that was decided?

You can fill out Court Forms (look up on internet judicial council forms) have the served and that begins the garnishment process.
