me and my girl friend have a baby together and she is 16 years old and her father is keeping me from seeing my daughter. if i were to go to her fathers house, where she lives, without him knowing, while he is at work and if he were to come home while i was there could i get in trouble with the law. or would it be okay as long as the babies mama said i am aloud to see my daughter?

Ii hope you fully understand why her father does not want you to see his daughter. You got a minor pregnant; you are guilty of statutory rape. If you are several years older than her [she was probably 15 at the time] then the DA might press charges against you. If you get the father upset he may very well go to the DA to ask that he proceed criminally against you, especially if you do not have a job, are not supporting the child and/or mother, etc. If he has told you not to enter the house, you would be trespassing if you did; your girlfriend is not the owner of the house so she can not override his refusal to let you into the house. If you are willing to risk jail to see your daughter, then ask the mother to meet you somewhere outside of the house.
