Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Good morning po. Iyon pong bahay ay isinanla sa akin at sya ang titira promised to pay 4,000 peson/month. Almost 3 yrs na hinde nagbabayad nang pricipal at rent. Nasa court na at may decision na nang judge to pay the principal and filing fees. Post office and lbc having a problem in serving the decision from the court and its been a month. Sabi always not home and people living in that house don't want to receive the mail. Ano po ba ang remedy na mai-serve iyong decision para makagawa kami nang action? thank you.
