grandfathered in garbage transfer station
we have been bring garbage onto our property for more than 25 years. we always haul it to a dump and have never had a problem until recently when our county health dept siad that we owe them an unheard of amount of money for having this garbage on the property. can this transfer dump be considered grandfathered in?
