Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

On my grandfathers lease of the house his full name is on it and my grandmother's (first name only) and my grandfathers last name is on the lease as well. She has no paperwork of her ever being married to my grandfather and has no paperwork of her paying bills in the last 20years. Legally does she have the authority to evict me from the house since her first name only is on the lease?

I'm confused by your post. Do you lease the house from your grandparents and are now complaining that one of them did not sign the lease? (That would be irrelevant.) Or are you claiming that only one of your grandparents leases the house from someone else and you sublease it or a portion of it from them?
