on your grant deed

can you just add a person onto the deed .

Also on your homestead if two people are on title but not married what form do we use single or spouse

I've answered both of your questions as re-asked a little later, but just for the record, the naswers are:

(1) No, you can't add a person to a deed. You can add a person to TITLE, which is what you meant to ask. I advise against this becuase of the bad and largely unnecessary adverse tax consequences. Use of a living trust is much to be preferred.

(2) Single.
