Grant Deed to Living Trust
I want to transfer a two-person joint tenancy to two living trusts, each with 50% interest. I want to know how to phrase this on the deed.

You will probably want to change the deed to tenants in common to prevent any future possible problems. Although the separate disposition is prima facie evidence of the desire to become tenants in common, why take the additional risk?
