The lot the trailer was sitting on probably had no address and the warrant may have said "trailer next to 123 Apple Lane''. Contact the police to see that your address will not be listed as a place of suspicion.
Addresses in trailer parks are often unofficial and created by the park management rather than the city or county. Confusion is relatively easy and, probably, quite innocent on the part of the cops. You can start with the landlord or management of the park itself to see if they have any suggestions or can correct anything (signs???). Then maybe an informal contact with the police dispatcher once you understand better how the trailer park assigns addresses and hangs out identification.
