Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

being harrassed

i had to move suddenly out of los angeles and my boyfriend who lives in one of his parents house offered me and my daughter to live with him so i can get settled and find a job. i don't pay rent but have bought all the food since living here. periodically he has threatened me whenever we fight to move out. i have not been able to find a job as he has been disabling all of my efforts such as packing my computer and destroying my resumes. he shuts down the heat and water occasionally and given me a 30dy notice. i have no where to go and emotionally being tormented by him. please help.

I think your problems run well beyond real-estate law and that you need the counseling and help of a women's advocacy group or shelter. I suggest you look in the phone book for an organization that can help you temporarily to get on your own feet. This person is not your friend.
