Harrassment by Neighbors

Do I have any legal recourse against neighbors who are continually harrassing us through Animal Control? It has been proven through an investigation by the county that our dog is not a threat to our neighbors, however, they complain at least once a week to Animal Control. We are concerned that they will resort to more drastic measures once they run out of fuel with the county.

I suggest negotiation, or possibly mediation using a third-party mediator. Cases like this are hard to handle successfully through the courts. The police aren't likely to help unless there is a violation of law and/or a threat to public peace and safety.
