Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

hearing

Hello, I was given a voice mail notice for an exparte hearing for tomorrow from the Plaintiff's attorney, but when I look on the superior court schedule of hearings under my case number, there is nothing scheduled.

There is a correspondence memo filed on 6/3 RE: Application for Order Allowing Amendment to Complaint but no hearing date on schedule. What do I do?

Re: hearing

Show up if you want to be heard. You should also have been provided with the application or motion that was filed but should ask the judge to let you look through it before the application is heard. Good luck.

Re: hearing

There won't be. An ex parte hearing is frequently not scheduled with the ocurt in advance.
