Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Hello,
i am a pro se plaintiff and suing 6 entities which includes BOA,Wells Fargo,Nationstar etc.,only BOA responded to my complaint with nationstar,after 4 months in litigation and btw judge lady is only on banks side,opposing attorney states that now she is representing wells fargo as well,she found out that the deed of trust is with wells fargo now,i ask the judge that she is a lying attoney and she needs to schow me retainer agreement to prove who she represents,judge said she does not have to show me retainer because it is confidentional,what kind of proof can i ask for to show me who she really is representing??????

It's not unusual for an attorney who initially represents only one defendant to take on as additional clients some other defendants whose interests are more or less aligned with the initial defendant's interests. Multiple defendants require separate, individual attorney representation only when there are conflicts in their positions.
