Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Hello,
I rent a townhome and the owner lives upstate. I mail the checks to a PO box, and contact her by phone if I need anything. Recently, she provided me with her new phone number, but I have misplaced it. I wrote her a letter twice asking for it, but she has not responded. The second letter was attached to the rent check, and she deposited the check, but still has not given me her updated phone number. What is my best response in this situation?

Maybe the HOA has contact information. Otherwise, lawyers have pretty good tools for locating people and their phone numbers. Send me her rame and address privately (off line) and I will see if I can find her phone number for you.
