Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Hi,

Can some tell me if I can sue the landlord if his tenant break the cc&r rules and regulation? As it stated that the tenant is having too many vehicle parked in front of their house and mine.

Yes, you can sue, probably on a private nuisance theory, if the excess parking interferes with your use and enjoyment of your own property. This would probably be a Superior Court issue, and would be expensive and time-consuming.
