Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Hi,
I need some advise on the property I own in San Diego,CA.
I am an immigrant , working in San Diego on H1B Visa which can be valid till 2014.
My question is - If I want to leave the US for temporary period of 2-3 years , do I need to sell this property , What law says about that?
Regards
Harsh
