Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Hi;
I'm working out a marketing deal with a real estate agent where I send her leads from various sources. Usually I charge per lead or per sale, but this is restricted in some industries (for example, you can't sell leads to doctors).
Are there any such lead selling restrictions on RE agents? Can a non-agent charge a percent of their commission?
Thanks

Yeah, there are legal restrictions. You're not entitled to a commission unless you have a license from the Department of Real Estate.
