HOA Board of Directors (Condo)
for years board has failed to maintain & upkeep out side bldg, make repairs in ER. Since 2004 I had water intrusion x4, threaten by HOA. Many senior 70-90+ residents reported water intrusion for yrs, dismissed or threaten by board
1/5/08 many units damaged. My ins, many experts/ reports recommend first floor tresh hole sliding doorraised3/4'' door/ windows replaced faulty since construction & earth quake 1194. 4 months no repairs. Board promised proper repairs not the patch and paint that has gone on for years. Attorny owns unit wrote 6 pg letter stating he & expert had been in sev. units listing #, owners present let him in, no damage.This is not true. At board meet. stated President let him in. I was not present, not given prior notice or informed. President states he didn't let him in, can't remember, let attorney in as resident. After attorney put the 6 page letter on 88 doors stating nothing wrong with units, the reapirs went to patch and paint. Per Ins & attorney only way to get help is sue board ind under HOA ins. 2 million for board,1 million for handyman. I went to attorney recomd by firm suing our HOA attorney. He was more dishonest then the bad guy. Who do I go to to get help. My medical prb. severly worse
