Does the law require minutes to be

taken in association meetings. 100

units. Are cc&r say so but nobody takes

them.

CC � 1363.05 requires that the Board notify the members of their right to receive minutes of the Board meetings, and also states that the members must have access to the minutes for review and copying. The meeting minutes must be made available within 30 days of the meeting. The statute does carve out an exception where the Board is meeting in Executive session and only requires the Board to �generally note� the minutes in the next meeting where the entire membership is present due to the nature of the items that are discussed in Executive session.
