My home has been foreclosed.
I was in discussions with Wachovia, trying to pursue a loan mod at the time
The man at Wachovia said that the foreclosure would be stalled while we negotiated terms.
Can I still save my home? I need facts on every possible way that I can pursue, to possibly save my home.

If the home has been sold at a foreclosure sale to a new owner, then you are effectively out of luck. If the home was recovered by the bank at the foreclosure sale, you may have a very short window in which to save your home, but you need to go hire an attorney today if there is any hope of doing so. There are far too many possible permutations of what you may or may not be able to do for a free forum such as this. You need to review all of the facts of the timeframe leading up to the foreclosure, the foreclosure sale and how long has passed since the foreclosure. The time to act on this is today, as literally a few days delay could jeopardize any rights you may have. I will be honest with you - the likelihood of saving your home after a foreclosure sale is extremely low, and it will cost you a substantial amount of money in attorneys fees. Good luck.
