Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Home Lease Termination

I have a rental home that is currently in a 10-month lease in the state of CA. The lease terminates in 15 days, as stated in the original contract. I further reminded the tenants in writing and verbally over the past 4 weeks that the lease would be terminating and that I would not be renewing the lease--and now my tenants have informed me that they will not be moving at the end of the lease. What are my options and how do I remove them legally from the home?

Re: Home Lease Termination

No formal Notice has to be given. I suggest you send a letter informing the tenant that his lease is up and to arrange a walk through. Should you have any questions or need to evict the tenant, please call me.
