Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

home

my home was listed with a management company for rent without my consent. after various calls it was finally removed from the internet . however my adresse was exposed in this wedsite and i feel my and my familys privacy has been violated i still have strangers wondering around my property even staling form it . what kind of legal action can i take ?

What was your relationship to the management company? What, if anything, did you hire them to do? One can not determine if there is a breach of anticipated conduct without knowing what if any conduct had been agreed to. We need much more details.
