Home loan funded and recorded Seller/agent refuses to hand over keys until money is in the bank what can I do?

Probably nothing. The agent is simply indicating that the Buyer must receive the funds before possession is provided. If this is a wire transfer, it should occur promptly. See your Real Estate Purchase Agreement as to specific terms which may change the stated result.
