Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I own a home in Los Angeles, My tenants have a pit bull that they are training to be aggressive. I am unable to access my property anymore for fear of the dog who is becoming aggressive. What are my rights. The dog is on the lease, but was a puppy when they moved in and is now an aggressive adult dog.

You should review the rental agreement to see if you can find a solution through the terms. Generally a landlord cannot change the terms of the tenancy to prohibit a pet in order to evict a tenant. However, in certain circumstances, if the pet becomes a nuisance and the nuisance has not been abated upon proper notice to the tenant, you could change the terms and/or evict the tenant.
You should contact an attorney in your area or least have conversations with your tenant about your concerns.
