Re: home owner

Generally, a person may use a residence he owns for all purposes, but not against the interests of a co-owner or contrary to an agreement the co-owners have. The extreme example is the impropriety of giving a key to a crack addict who subjects the house, property, and occupants to thievery and potential violence. Generally, it's not right to give an unrelated and unintended person a key and alarm code to a house against the wishes of a co-owner.
