Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

When doing a homestead declaration for a condo, what goes for the legal description? Does the easements, etc. count?

You just need the legal description of the property that you seek to homestead. You don't have to describe all of the servitudes, because a homestead declaration is not a conveyance.
