Homestead declaration
My wife and I have placed our home in a revocable living family trust--name removed-- The online homestead declaration forms are for couples--name removed-- Can we use one of those, or do we need a special form for trusts?

I have never seen a special form for trusts. The couples form should work OK, but the recorder may want it signed "X, as trustee of the X revocable trust dated xx/xx/200x, so don't sign until at the recorder's counter.
