Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

We have a house over $10,000 in California we need to sell it. We found out in title that the quick claim deed had the wrong legal description. The trustee past away in 2008. There were two parcels left off the deed that need to be corrected. What are my options. The deed is connected to a trust.

You obviously have a complicated situation, and you have not even begun to provide enough facts and details for us to even understand it, much less advise you. You can try re-posting your question with a more thorough explanation of the situation and facts, or you can contact me for a no obligation initial consultation about your problem. I have facilities throughout the Bay Area, including in Oakland and San Jose, which based on your zip code would be the closest to you.

I agree with Mr. McCormick, but I think his second suggestion is better than his first. You need to talk to an attorney as soon as possible, and have that attorney review all relevant documents, including the "quit" claim deed, the declaration of trust, and any other necessary documents. This forum is not suitable to the back and forth inquiry that will help you determine what to do.
