House Split

I purchase house with a women who was married to another guy. We had a child together with this women. My parents gave money for downpayment and I gave some money as well. After this house was purchase I perform remodeling work. All money come from my pocket. Now we sold this property. She kick me out of this property a year before the sell. Now she is trying to claim rent and utility for the time she lived in the property.

Who got the money from the sale of the house? You should have gotten it all.

How was title to the house held before you sold it?

What county is the house in?

How long ago was the sale?

Has she sued you?
