My house that is titled solely in my name, can my ex-husband's creditor able to file a lien on the house?

Not unless it was a debt incurred prior to your divorce, or a joint debt or something along those lines.

It depends on whether it was a lien you consented to, or for a debt that you also owe an obligation on. They should not be able to for a debt that is the sole responsibility of your ex-husband.
