Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Housing question

I am one of 30 people living at a Clean & Sober Living Facility. There is some questions about the county coming in and closing us down. Do they have to find any form of housing for the clients who pay rent here? If so, what kind. Is it legal for them just to put us out on the streets?

If the residents was the facility to stay open, I would need to speak with the owner. Maybe, we can prevent the county from closing the facility down.
