hows does quitclaim deeds work if accused if imbezzlement

can she quitclaim the house to her kids and not be responsible for the money owed to her by the company that is accusing her of this please respond i have alot questions and answers. this is a case about taking money for time served that was never compensated. she felt that she deserved it and was never compensated for overtime and stress related problems in running the company for the owners. please answer if you can help a real family. thank you.

I would need a lot more facts in order to even make a guess as to what the correct answer is.

One thing I can tell you for sure is that if someone transfers property to someone else for less than a fair price in order to avoid paying creditors, that is a "fraudulent transfer" and the creditors can get the property or the money back.
