Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Please ,my husband signed a blank end contract date with realtor/broker and when she gave him a modification of price contract she noted end date of contract was modified. she told my husband just to sign. my husband asked her if that was all the paper he was signing was and she stated yes. this is coercian and sneaky and unethical. since she argues about everything and doesn't answer her phones ,,, we asked for unconditional release. she refused and told my husband you are stuck with me for 6 months! please help us!

Look up the the County Bar Association in your area; find the executive committee members and call them and ask for a referral.

You need help and there are so many issues in your transaction that are wrong, but neither you or your husband are in a position to do what needs to be done. Get professional help.
